Websites
Here you can have a little glimpse at some of the websites developed by me.
Unfortunately not all of them are online. To develop this
portfolio I had to work with HTML, CSS, PHP and
Javascript languages.
I hope you enjoy the final results.
Feel free to leave me a comment anytime.
SpeedDial Website:
This website was made in order to gather a lot of different information and print it in an easy to read display.
It occupies two screens, on the left one you can see basically my bookmarks at the time this project was made,
on the right side you can see the RSS feed from the courses I was attending and the news feed of my University.
This website could be accessed through the internet or via usb pen.
It is obviously personalized to everyone’s will.
The image posted bellow doesn’t show all the information gathered due to the fact that it only “pops out”
when the user places the mouse over some areas, like buttons, date, tittles and so forth.

ENEEB VII Website:
ENEEB stands for National Meeting of Students of Biomedical Engineering.
This event was hosted by the Biomedical Department(NBN) of the FCT/UNL throughout 2012,
it was the VII event of this type in Portugal. The image below gives an idea about the site
presented to all the national Biomedical students.
It allowed all the interested parties
to stay connected, to read the important news about the event, to submit their registrations, to
present suggestions and lastly to be updated.

The Book yet to be written:
This started as a Joke between friends and with some thought added to it grew
into this lovely website.
It is a Portuguese project where everyone can contribute adding one
(or much more) word(s) to the book yet to be written. Everyone can change
the history of the book at any time, edit words submitted long before their
contribution and so on. No one really knows where the story is going to but the it
is sticking,… for now. =)
Its free and it doesn't need registration!

Terminal Emulator:
This started as a Joke as well.
The desire was to make something, like a bot,
that acted like Trinity in the Matrix movie and at the same time to behave
like any UNIX system. Well the joke grew into this website, kept evolving in
time but eventually stopped where it is now. So it is an "as is" project but it is a fun chat room to play in.
You will be able to talk to other cyber guys and with my lovely UNIX emulator/bot. =)
Give it a try.

Vilamoura Apartment AD Website:
This site was developed to promote the AD apartment in Vilamoura.
It is fully equipped, it has Jacuzzi, it is located in a quiet area and is about
1.5 km from Falesia Beach and the Marina. It features a pool, green area,
mini amphitheater, garden, walking trail and bike path.
To sum up, it is a
great destination to spend some holidays in.

Vivere Disce Forum:
This website was created in response to a bunch of personal needs, the need of a higher general knowledge,
the need to be up-to-date and finally the desire of better understanding this world and people that live in it.
The best way to do that is by sharing references, keywords, directions.
You may ask why is that so.
The answer to that question is really simple:
If someone has already a good reference, like a book for example, that means that this someone already
“lost”(really invested) some time searching for item and earring/reading/watching/feeling the item. If this
someone decides to share this reference with another person then this second person is in fact using the same
searching time that the first one had already spent. It is a more efficient way of doing things. The second person
“saved” some time of his life. The first one acted like a filter of information to the second one.
